Reports Overview
In Reports, Badge Owners and Operators can create and export reports on their account's activity. Reports give insight into what records have had cards printed, and can be useful for tracking print activity.
Owners can see all activity for all users in Badge.
Operators can only run and view reports of ID cards they themselves have printed.
Report Types
Print History: A report that shows all cards printed within certain parameters
e.g. a report of all cards printed in the last week for ABC Elementary
Enrollment History: A report that shows all cards enrolled within certain parameters
e.g. a report of all cards enrolled successfully today for DEF High School
What is the difference?
'Enrollment' means capturing the RFID value from a card. Once that value is captured, it can be assigned to a record. When the card is scanned, the system will recognize which person is scanning the card.
Not every client utilizes RFID technology. In this case, a Print Report would be useful to see which cards have been printed. This is useful for tracking who might need a card.
For accounts that do utilize RFID technology, sometimes errors can occur when capturing the RFID value from the card. An enrollment report can be used to check if a card really was activated or not.
Use and Export Reports
1. Click Reports on the top navigation bar

2. Select the reporting type (i.e., Print History, Enrollment History)

3. Select your filter options (i.e., Campus, User, Student)

4. Enter the date range you want your report to start from and end.

Not every report will have an adjustable date range option. It may default within a certain range depending on activity. e.g. Badge account made in 2025, the date range cannot be set to 2024 before the account was used/active
5. Confirm your report options > Click Run

6. A report should populate beneath the filter options, example Print Report below
