Corrupted axEZBFontSizer

A normal fontsizer is gray with three dots in it. A corrupted fontsizer will appear white, missing the three dots, or both.

If the axEZBFontSizer is corrupted, there are two solutions to address the issue.

Below, example of a working fontsizer

Below, example of a corrupted fontsizer (white with no dots)

Navigating to the Card Design

1. Go to the C Drive > CI Solutions folder > CI Badge folder > Data folder

2. Open the CIBCards file

3. On the left side will be the Reports

            a. Right-click on the report with the bad fontsizer

            b. In the menu that opens, select Design View

            c. The Design view with the fontsizer will open up

The fontsizer will be in the upper left corner

Solution 1: Copying a working axEZBFontSizer

Ensure the corrupted box is deleted before pasting a non-corrupted box.

1. Copy the axEZBFontSizer from a working layout and paste it into the layout with the corrupt one.

2. After pasting the axEZBFontSizer, the Visible option in the Property Sheet needs to be updated to No

If the guide does not work or you do not have access to another CIBCards, try the guide below.

Solution 2: Creating a new EZBFontSizer.FontSizer

1. Go to Report Design and expand the Controls, select ActiveX Controls

2. In the Insert ActiveX Control window, select EZBFontSizer.FontSizer

3. The box will appear as so with the following Property Sheet

4. Reduce the size of the box

5. Update the Name to axEZBFontSizer and Visible to No

5. Click Save
