This issue can occur on brand new lists. If your list is brand new and without records, you must first import the records with custom headers/columns in a CSV file. Once the records are in Badge, you can edit headers/columns freely.
- You are able to manually import your new data to existing Lists.
- Once you manually import your data as a CSV file, you are able to create new headers/columns directly in Badge.
