Clear Card Jams 

1. Open the ribbon cover and remove the ribbon

2. Locate the card inside the printer. Refer to the scenarios below to find a solution. 

Card is stuck in the rollers

1. Press and hold the power button in the front of the printer until the card is ejected at the back of the printer

Card is stuck at the bottom of the printer

1. Rotate the cleaning roller to allow more space to grab the card at the bottom of the printer

You can also open the right-side panel to get a better access to the bottom of the printer.

2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer to restart the machine after clearing the card jam

3. Adjust your card gauge between 30-35 mil

Once the printer status shows Ready, the printer is ready to print.
