Printer Offline



You can download the latest driver and firmware from the Evolis Website


1. Open up the print queue and clear all jobs 

        (Printers & Scanners > Your Printer > Open Print Queue)




2. Unplug the two cords from the back of the printer, wait several seconds, then plug them in again


3. Disconnect and reconnect the gray USB A cable from the computer 



4. Open the Evolis Print Center app to check the status of the printer



5. If the printer is still offline, try plugging the printer to another USB port on your computer

 

If the issue persists, try removing the printer and adding it back. Go to Printers & Scanners > Your Printer > Remove. Restart your computer, ensure the printer is plugged in, and check the Evolis Print Center app again
