List: Edit Headers/Columns

In Secure Share, Badge Users can edit lists by modifying headers


  • You must be a Badge Owner or have been given permission as a Badge Operator to access Secure Share and edit records.

1. Click ENTER in the Secure Share module


2. Find the List Name (e.g., school, staff, district, office) you want to view > Click VIEW


3. On the right side of each current header/column name, Click on the downward arrow


  • If you do not see a downward arrow, your current list only composes of an ID and Campus header/column. Click here to learn more about manually importing data.


  • A dropdown menu should appear with a list of actions (e.g., Rename, Insert Left, Move Left, Delete)



4. Select an action

Key Actions


  • Rename: Renames the current header/column

  • Insert Left/Right: Adds a new header/column to either side of current header/column

  • Move Left/Right: Switches position with either side of current header/column

  • Delete: Removes the current header/column



5. Complete the selected action
