Badge Owners have the authorization to delete Badge Operators. CI Solutions does not have the authority to add Badge Operator to account.

Delete Badge User

If you are unsure who are the Badge Owners, contact us or your team members for account information.

1. Click Access on the top navigation bar

2. Select Users on the side navigation bar

3. Find the User you want to delete > Click on the checkbox next to the User's name

• Badge User's entire row should be highlighted in red.

4. Click on the DELETE option above the list to delete

• The User will immediately delete off the list.

4. Confirm you want to delete the User by typing DELETE and click Continue
